Chelsea M. Carney is a novelist, essayist, and freelance writer, specializing in narrative essay, young adult, and adult fiction. She has a Bachelors of Arts from The New School and is currently working on an MFA in creative writing. Taught by celebrated authors, her work can be found in Elpha, Glassworks Magazine, and the 12th Street Journal. 

A sucker for a good cup of coffee, oversized chocolate chip cookies, her beloved Brooklyn, and—let’s face it—messy, complicated characters that probably remind her a bit of herself, when not writing or editing Chelsea can be found binging anything Mindy Kaling and working as an Executive in tech. She is wildly supported by an endlessly patient husband, two cats, a dog, and soon to be daughter.
